Your NFC ring will be sent to you within 5–7 business days . Once it arrives, simply slip it on your finger – and you can share your digital business card with just one touch . You can easily make changes to your card in the login area/dashboard; after saving, all changes are updated immediately.
No – an NFC ring does not emit harmful radiation in the usual sense.No battery, no continuous transmission: An NFC ring does not transmit constantly. It is passive and only becomes active when it is held very close to an NFC reader/smartphone (usually a few centimeters).Very low power consumption: The energy is supplied briefly by the reader (similar to contactless bank cards). The field is weak and short-lived .Everyday comparison: NFC operates in the same range as many other near-field applications (13.56 MHz) and is widely used in everyday life (cards, tickets, access systems).Important NOTE:If you have a medical implant (e.g., pacemaker/ICD), the same rules apply as with contactless cards: do not hold the card directly against the implant for extended periods . Normal use on your finger is usually not a problem – if in doubt, please refer to the manufacturer's instructions for your implant.
The exact position of the NFC chip varies depending on the smartphone model:Android: The NFC chip is usually located in the center of the back of the smartphone. Therefore, hold the ring against the center of the back . Make very slight movements.iPhone: The NFC chip is usually located at the top of the device , near the top edge . Hold the ring against the top of the iPhone. Make very slight movements.
In the shop you have the option to decide whether to choose the free basic version or the business version.
For the best possible fit, we recommend taking one of your rings to a jeweler to have its exact size measured in millimeters . Alternatively, you can use our data sheet to measure your ring size. (see PDF)
No – the NFC ring does not need to be charged. It works without a battery and is therefore particularly low-maintenance. With proper use, its lifespan is typically over 10 years .Do I need an app?No. You don't need an app for the ViBuCard Business Ring. It's entirely web-based – simply via your browser, quick and easy.
Order the ring of your choice in the basic version from our shop. We will then personalize your chosen ring with the URL/link to your own digital business card, which you send us.
Der Business Ring funktioniert mit nahezu allen modernen Smartphones, die NFC unterstützen – also dem Großteil der Android-Geräte sowie iPhones ab dem iPhone 7 aufwärts. Eine spezielle App oder Einstellung ist nicht notwendig. Lediglich ältere Geräte ohne NFC-Chip sind nicht kompatibel. Falls Sie unsicher sind, können Sie in den Einstellungen Ihres Smartphones unter „Verbindungen" oder „Netzwerk" prüfen, ob NFC vorhanden ist.

Der Empfänger Ihrer Visitenkarte sieht nur die Informationen, die Sie selbst in Ihrem Dashboard freigegeben haben. Ja – Sie können Ihre digitale Visitenkarte jederzeit und beliebig oft über Ihr persönliches Dashboard anpassen. Änderungen wie eine neue Telefonnummer, ein neues Foto oder ein aktualisierter Job-Titel sind nach dem Speichern sofort live – ohne dass Sie einen neuen Ring bestellen oder etwas umprogrammieren müssen. Der Ring bleibt derselbe, nur der Inhalt Ihrer Karte wird aktualisiert.
