Cancellation Policy for Consumers

1. Consumer status

The right of withdrawal set out below applies exclusively to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

2. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is:

• for contracts for the purchase of goods: fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods;
• for service contracts: fourteen (14) days from the day the contract is concluded;
• for contracts for the supply of digital content or digital services not supplied on a tangible medium: fourteen (14) days from the day the contract is concluded.

3. Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

Additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

In the case of contracts for the purchase of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

5. Return of goods

If you withdraw from a contract for the purchase of goods, you must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

6. Costs of return

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have expressly stated that we will bear those costs.

If we have not properly informed you before the conclusion of the contract that you must bear the return costs, you are not obliged to bear those costs.

7. Compensation for diminished value of goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

8. Compensation for services

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, then in the event of withdrawal you must pay us an appropriate amount. This amount corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

9. Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist or may expire early to the extent permitted by law, in particular in the following cases:

9.1 Fully performed services

In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed the service and only began performing the service after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed.

9.2 Digital content and digital services

In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content or digital services not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you

• expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins.

This may apply in particular to the immediate activation, enabling, or creation of a digital profile.

9.3 Customized or personalized goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

This includes in particular:

• customized NFC accessories,
• products with individually selected colors,
• products with customer-specific logos,
• NFC products with customer-specific identifiers, settings, or other individual configurations.

9.4 Sealed software or sealed data carriers

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed software or sealed data carriers if the seal has been removed after delivery.

1) Scope

This shipping policy provides information about shipping costs, delivery times, and the delivery process for physical products (e.g., NFC Business Ring). No shipping costs apply to purely digital products/services.

2) Shipping area

We generally deliver within the European Union (EU).
In exceptional cases where delivery outside the EU is agreed upon, additional costs (e.g. customs duties, import taxes or other taxes) may arise, which must be borne by the customer.

3) Shipping costs

For shipping physical products, we charge a flat rate of €8.95 per order within the EU.
The shipping costs displayed at checkout are definitive. Shipping costs and delivery conditions may vary depending on the product and delivery location; any changes will be displayed during the order process.

4) Processing time & delivery time

Shipping usually takes place within approximately 5-7 working days after receipt of payment.

Please note: Deliveries are generally not made on Sundays and public holidays; in individual cases, delays may occur (e.g., due to high workload of shipping service providers).

5) Shipping service provider & delivery

We will select the shipping provider and shipping method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address you specified during the ordering process.

6) Address changes

Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order. If you need to make a correction later, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

7) Undeliverable shipments / Refusal of acceptance

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated non-acceptance and is returned to us, additional shipping costs may be incurred for reshipment.

8) Transport damage & missing items

Please check the goods as soon as possible after receiving them:
