This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed via Business-Ring.com. (business-ring.com)
1) Scope
This policy explains shipping costs, delivery times, and how shipping works for physical products (e.g., the NFC Business Ring). Digital products/services are delivered electronically and do not incur shipping costs.
2) Shipping destinations
We generally ship within the European Union (EU).
If, in exceptional cases, shipping outside the EU is agreed upon, additional charges (such as customs duties, import taxes, or fees) may apply and must be paid by the customer.
3) Shipping costs
For shipping physical products, we charge a flat rate of €8.95 per order within the EU.
The shipping costs shown at checkout are binding. Shipping fees and conditions may vary depending on the product and delivery address; any changes will be displayed during the order process.
4) Processing time & delivery time

Orders are typically shipped within approx. 5–7 business days after payment is received.

Please note: Deliveries generally do not take place on Sundays or public holidays. In individual cases, delays may occur (e.g., due to carrier capacity or peak periods).
5) Carrier & delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, we choose the shipping method and carrier.
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided during checkout.
6) Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to correct your address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Changes are only possible until the order has been dispatched.
7) Undeliverable shipments / refusal of acceptance
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed delivery/acceptance and is returned to us, additional shipping costs may be charged for re-shipping.
8) Shipping damage & missing items
Please inspect your order upon arrival:

9) Right of withdrawal & returns (notice)
Information about withdrawals/returns is provided in our refund/return policy and terms.
Please note: For customized products (e.g., NFC accessories delivered with a personal ID), the right of withdrawal may be excluded.
